Looks like the original Sonic Movie Trailer got quite a lot of backlash from Sonic fans every where. Even Yuji Naka one of the original creators from the Sonic team weighed in and said he wasn’t a fan.

Well after much controversy the Sonic movie director Jeff Fowler responded and promised the fans changes to the original design. Here we have it, a new design coupled with a new trailer. Below is an image of the old Sonic vs new Sonic design.

What do you all think? Better? Personally as a Sonic fan, I think it’s looking much better. Now looking forward to the upcoming with a more positive outlook.
