Shipping & Returns

Shipping within Australia:

All orders over $99 receive FREE SHIPPING within Australia via standard post.

For orders under $99, postage charges are based on the weight and dimensions of your order, your postcode and any special packaging requirements. 
Items are posted once we have received payment. Orders are usually processed within 1-3 days of payment (depending on the complexity of your parcel).

Orders are delivered within Australia via Australia Post. The following postage options are available:

1. Standard Post
- Products should be received within approx. 1-2 weeks after we have received payment. As of 1st May 2013 this service is trackable.

2. Express Post
- Products should be received within 5 business days of our receipt of payment.
- Trackable (proof of delivery).
- Costs more than standard post. 

3. Signature on delivery
- For customers who want an added degree of security - requires a signature for delivery so the postie can't just leave itby your front door for the whole neighbourhood to see. Products should be delivered within approx. 1-2 weeks after we have received payment.

Please note that we cannot take responsibility for any loss of or damage to items during postage. We make every effort to pack items securely and safely, but delivery issues are the responsibility of Australia Post. If you are concerned about loss, we recommend the signature on delivery option. 

Please note that delivery times provided are a guide only, only Express Post provides a time guarantee.

International Shipping:

International shipping is via Australia Post Airmail with tracking and usually takes 1-3 weeks.
Postage charges are based on the weight of your order, any special packaging requirements and the country to which the order is being posted.
Items are posted after we receive your payment.

We make every effort to pack items securely and safely, but delivery issues are the responsibility of Australia Post and your own local postal service. If you are concerned about loss, we recommend either the insured post or EMS options.

Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

Please use the contact form to notify us of any returns and wait for our response before sending us back the item. You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
