Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

We accept Visa and Mastercard credit card payments via Paypal (with or without a Paypal account!). If you are shopping from outside of Australia, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency.

When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.
Shipping And Handling Orders within Australia:

Postage charges are provided when we confirm your order. For more information about postage charges, please visit our FAQ page.

Items are posted once we have received payment.

The following postage options are available:

1. Standard Post
- Products should be received within 1-2 weeks after we have received payment.

2. Express Post
- Products should be received within 5 business days of our receipt of payment.
- Trackable
- Costs more than standard post.

3. Registered Post
- For customers who want an added degree of security - trackable, requires a signature for delivery, and provides insurance up to $100.
- Costs an additional $2.50 per parcel.

Please note that we cannot take responsibility for any loss of or damage to items during postage. We make every effort to pack items securely and safely, but delivery issues are the responsibility of Australia Post. If you are concerned about loss or would like insurance, we recommend the registered post option.

4. Pick-up within the Melbourne CBD area
- Usually available during the day on weekends
- Pay for order by cash on delivery
- Service provided free of charge - we request that you be on time as our delivery staff volunteer their services.
- Pick up time and location for the week will be provided when we reply to your order.

- Pick ups each week are limited only to the times when our representatives are available. Please understand that as this is a free service, they prefer to meet as many customers as possible at the same time to make things as efficient and quick as possible. If you are unable to pick up your order at the specified time then we suggest you have your order mailed out to you instead.


International orders:
Items are posted after we receive your payment.

If you are ordering from outside of Australia, postage time will depend on our postal system and your local postal system, usually 1-2 weeks, via first-class airmail.

Insurance may also be requested (additional A$7 for insurance values up to A$100).
Delivery Schedule Orders for stock items are usually processed within two days of our receipt of payment. For details of expected delivery times, please refer to the Shipping and Handling section above.

Orders for items that must be ordered in from our suppliers (e.g. DVDs, preorder manga, etc) will take longer to process (up to 1-3 weeks, depending on the item).
Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
Tax Charges All orders include 10% GST.
Reaching Us If you need to reach us, please email us using the link on the store page. We try to answer email enquiries within a few days, but this may be slightly slower during high volume periods such as sales or pre-conventions.
Privacy Policy Tamarket do not disclose buyers' information to third parties other than when order details are processed as part of the order fulfilment. In this case, the third party will not disclose any of the details to any other third party.

Cookies are used on this shopping site to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart, to store delivery addresses if the address book is used and to store your details if you select the 'Remember Me' Option. They are also used after you have logged on as part of that process. You can turn off cookies within your browser by going to 'Tools | Internet Options | Privacy' and selecting to block cookies. If you turn off cookies, you will be unable to place orders or benefit from the other features that use cookies.Data collected by this site is used to:
a. Take and fulfill customer orders
b. Administer and enhance the site and service
c. Only disclose information to third-parties for goods delivery purposes
Returns Policy Merchandise return is possible as long as it is within 30 days of the invoice date and the merchandise is in "as new" condition. We will not accept dvd or cd returns once the original packaging is open, unless the product is found to be faulty.

Please email enquiries@tamarket.com.au with the subject heading "return".
An authorization number will be issued with the email reply. Please quote this number (on your invoice) when you return your item or if you have any further correspondence regarding the return.

Please note that all goods returned can be only be exchanged for store credit or replacement of product.
Cash refunds are only available to customers who have pre-ordered items which turn out to be unavailable.

The customer is responsible for return postage, and items must be returned by registered mail so that delivery can be confirmed.

Please include a copy of the invoice for confirmation. On the return invoice please indicate if an exchange or refund is desired. Make sure to include all pieces of the item(s) being returned.

An exchange or refund will be issued after receiving the merchandise.
